With a platform that lacks ease of use and a 2-man support team, one can hardly call this the wise choice. The service is slow, non-responsive at times. Investment takes too long to happen when you transferred your money, and when you try and get your money back, well, apparently their partner bank has problems. I would not invest now, maybe in a few years when they are bigger, better staffed and streamlined. For now the 1% fee doesn’t warrant the service and speed one expect for proactive investments.

Been using birdee for about 6 months and am very happy with it! They are very responsive and helped me with any issues/queries in a timely manner. The app is handy and it's easy to put in and take out money. Would definitely recommend 😊
