As a trustee, this company is a disgrace. No professionalism: no response to emails and voice messages, Mr. Caulier's colleagues are not aware of anything, we receive fundraising appeals once by email, once by mail, I receive a minutes of AGM from a co-ownership of which I have nothing to do.
Mr. Caulier is a good talker but does not act. We had to ask for quotes ourselves to get decent prices. He's an incompetent who can't even keep a telephone appointment. Thanks to him I waited almost 10 months to restore a damaged home which in the end will not be compensated by the insurance because of his incompetence. So he made me lose more than 4000 euros!
The trustee paid a water bill of 12,000 euros in February (totally abnormal given the building) but did not react to check a certain leak (800 liters/hour) and did not inform us of it at the AGM.

Florian, I know that when you are young it is difficult to be taken seriously and to be respected... but don't let that make you doubt your worth. You are conscientious and meticulous and that is already very valuable.

Immo Caulier is the trustee of our small co-ownership. A very unwise choice. Convocations to AGMs sent late, incomplete, erroneous, cancellation of AGMs without notifying the co-owners, does not respond to requests by email or even registered mail. In short, approximation and amateurism are essential. Do you want to have a lot of worries until you have to contact the competent authorities to get out of this bad situation? So don't wait any longer and sign a trustee contract with this agency. Otherwise, move on, there are other much more competent building managers... at the same time, it's difficult to do worse, I'll tell you.

Since June I have been looking for a rental. EVERY TIME I called cell phones (especially Florian's), landline and sent emails for various visits I was never called back. What a lack of respect for people. The publicity is done.
