During the first visit to the apartment, Naomie showed me around perfectly in a warm manner without pushing. She gave me time and provided the necessary explanations and made jokes along the way. During the second visit, Lorenzo showed me through the apartment and gave us the necessary additional explanation. Lorenzo was authentic, warm and correct and paid attention to treating someone as a person and not as a number. Lorenzo is a real estate agent who has an eye for both the business and the human aspect. A quality that he must certainly continue to cherish ☺️.
