      • - Unfortunately, my experience making an appointment for a home visit with this real estate agent was disappointing. I initially tried to make an appointment via the button on their website, but this did not work because I had not indicated that I would receive the newsletter. After telephone contact, an appointment was made, but it was moved to two days later the following week, which is understandable but still caused some disappointment. However, on the day of the appointment, no one was present at the agreed time. After three attempts to call the broker, with no response, we received a call half an hour later stating that the appointment had been incorrectly scheduled in their system. This was of course frustrating, especially since we had set aside our time for this appointment. What was even more disappointing is that no initiative was taken to schedule a new appointment the following week. It seems to me that it is a seller's responsibility to follow up and arrange new appointments if necessary. Unfortunately I have not received any further communication from them. Overall, my experience was not what I had hoped for with this broker. Hopefully they can fulfill their agreements better in the future and improve their communication.

      • + As a buyer, I had the opportunity to meet Laurans Appelmans from the office in Geraardsbergen. A very jovial and sympathetic person with a lot of knowledge and also driven. Many real estate agents could follow this example! He follows everything up nicely and neatly, is true to his word and if there is a problem and he can solve it, he helps! I highly recommend going to him for the sale or purchase of a home!!

Communication ran smoothly in a positive relationship to find a good balance between the wishes of us as seller and the prospective buyer. Ultimately, a young couple can now continue to enjoy our achievements and look forward to a bright future. We will also do that abroad. Thanks for making this possible.

      • - Jordi does not keep agreements made. Planned visit will be canceled two hours in advance because it has already been sold. When you schedule visits as a real estate agent, you can at least give everyone the opportunity to come by that day. We also contacted an architect to come along for the visit. Disrespectful to potential buyers.
