No communication during the application process! None!! The house was not clean or up to standards as per CPM Checklist! Broken doors, lights not working, no maintenance was ever done in backyard, Nons! Weeds, mud and dead bushes!! Mold on toilet seat and garage walls and it smells like mold! Best part, no Heat!!!! December!!! Sent a text message to the person who rented it us and still no response 36 hours later, sent off a maintenance request with 3 time slots and still no responses from anyone!!! I would not rent or put my rental under their control!! This is 20 year old house, it’s slowly falling apart due to the lack of maintenance and Repairs!! A door is falling off it hinges!!!! Light switches not working!!! Heater not working! The dryer is dirty and the rollers are broken and it Bangs!!! Dirt alone baseboards that have not been vacuum in years!!!!! The door to the garage will not close or lock because it’s bent!!! A bent door!!! A door that stays open to the garage!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am glad I am month to month!! Just waiting for the right time to buy!!! Shelves missing, area not cleaned, carpet cleaning must have been done at the cheapest rate possible without soap!!!!

Prototype property management company whose entire existence serves as little more than a plausible deniability buffer for landLORDS and extraction from renters via advantageous extraction based on ignorance regarding renter protection.
They'll take as much as they can while providing as little as possible. If they and their ilk didn't exist, the world would be better. Take your energy elsewhere.
Awwwww.... The owner thinks only customers could know what they do. As a former property manager myself I know EXACTLY the tactics they employed to squeeze the security deposit out of my mother, a social worker of 30 years, who left the neglected rental in better condition than she found it.
I say again, take your money elsewhere.
