We came into contact with Louise Vos when we visited an apartment that was sold through Dewaele. Louise showed us around in a calm and very professional manner. She answered our specific questions quickly. After the visit, she provided us with a lot of information and additional documents by email in a structured manner. Further questions were answered quickly and accurately. Under her guidance, we reached an agreement with the sellers. The guidance provided by Louise Vos and Dewaele was very efficient. Even after that, up to and including the signing of the deed, the reading of the meter and the handing over of the keys, she proved to be very pragmatic and helpful. We are very satisfied with Louise's intervention across the board. She made sure that everything went very pleasantly and confidently. We will definitely recommend her if anyone is looking for a real estate agent.

As a big skeptic of real estate agents, I contacted Dewaele for the sale of my apartment due to lack of time and have not regretted it at any time. Good guidance, user-friendly tool, professional attitude, available almost 24/24 for all kinds of questions. Louise's passion for real estate and people is evident. Strong work!

After reading the other reviews I am somewhat surprised at how this differs from my experience. I worked with Dewaele to rent out my apartment and this did not go smoothly across the board.
Starting with the search for a new tenant, it took almost 5 months to find a tenant and I was barely informed about why during the process. In the meantime, I have also rented out the property myself and this was successful within 3 weeks...
Ultimately, they were able to introduce 2 people after 5 months. In retrospect, I should not have accepted either of these based on their income, but since this was the first time I rented, I relied on Dewaele's advice... The result was a tenant who no longer paid after 3 months and left after 6 months. .
When paying out the deposit, Dewaele suggested that they take on this process (to relieve the burden, I assume). This only caused even more frustration and ultimately I had to contact Rentio myself to arrange for the payment.
In short, very bad experience and I would not recommend this to anyone. I really didn't get anything back for the month's rent except that I didn't have to carry out the site visits myself.
