      • - Unreliable company. Prepare to lose money. The apartments are not always as shown in the photos. See them first before you pay. I saw apartments in very poor condition that looked luxurious in the photos. They ask for a deposit which is however an immediate payment into their account and then you are totally dependent on their disposition on when they will give you the money back and how much. There is no inventory of the parts of the apartment, they just give you a list and ask you to confirm it. When I left the apartment without having done any damage they informed me that they would charge me 125 Euros to clean a curtain, which of course I had not stained. But they charged me... Finally, after 17 days they returned me 153 Euros less and when I asked for an explanation they did not answer me and did not send me a bank receipt. Better to prefer another solution for your stay.

      • - I stay in this residence for almost 3months. Me and my company had worst experience with them. They will try to charge you for everything in the end of stay. They donot have any reasonable observations and will try to charge you for everything. My honest opnion do not choose them for stay rather go for alternative options. Rude behavior of managers.

      • - Home in Brussels - quality housing In what world was the hole that this company found us quality? A filthy, cold, horrible excuse for an apartment and at a price of 1,800 euros for a month! Filthy ——— Everything was dirty, the first thing we did was wash all the glasses and crockery The walls were covered in crayon (a child had been allowed to go wild) Also the walls were covered in fat and food residue The kitchen cupboards looked like someone had resorted to using used toilet paper to give them that true yuk factor The walls ————- Plaster hanging off the walls Huge cracks everywhere Heating ———— When we arrived the place was so cold we had to sleep in our jeans and pullovers Unable to use bath because water never hot enough, also with kitchen tap, no hot water The duvet ————— Same child who enjoyed the walls had had a go at the duvet, pen and ink over quilt Noisy ——— You get to hear everything Floors and skirting boards ———————————— Cracked tiles and missing skirting boards So to conclude, we hated it, really hated it! I got to meet a representative of “homes in Brussels” and as you can imagine it left an unpleasant impression on both of us Never ever ever ever use this company, they’re rip-off artists who prey on the desperate.

      • - STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!!! What they show you in the pictures has NOTHING to do with reality! Dirty slums, dangerous to stay in, awful furniture, old equipment. And all of this for HUGE money!

      • - NEVER AGAIN! What they offer is slums. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY PROMISE!!! To see the "apartment" you have to PAY IN ADVANCE FOR THE WHOLE MONTH!!! After entering the building all you can see is dirty walls, filthy kitchen, dirty windows (never ever cleaned)! And layers of dust everywhere. It's unbelievable how they treat the tenants! They are interested in money only, the rest is YOUR problem.
