Een woning of verblijf huren of kopen in Nieuwpoort is letterlijk én figuurlijk een gezonde investering.

      • - finally we received the deposit, which will allow us to get an apartment again soon, that said when we arrive we check everything and my wife being very clean we clean certain things when we arrive and when we leave we make sure not to skip anything ( this in view of certain comments) pae against we had a TV broken on our arrival, and the same day it was replaced ditto a toilet board which gave up the ghost, they came quickly ps very often the apartment is more specific to our departure and arrival

      • - Disgusted, we have just received what remains of our deposit...for a few details, we won't miss you, we nevertheless spent our last day cleaning. Too bad because we had been a customer for 7 years, unfortunately things have changed even the way to give you the keys on your arrival...For us it's over, we will no longer be part of your customers.

      • - I have always been very satisfied with the services provided by Immo Eecke, except for my last rental period. Immo Eecke makes it so incredibly expensive to have an apartment cleaned at the end of the rental period (125 euros for an apartment with 2 bedrooms!), that you actually have no choice and are better off doing the final cleaning yourself. After my rental period, I was sent photos with a few details that I had apparently forgotten to polish, and with the message that part of the deposit would be withheld. I had to enlarge the images on my computer screen to see the omissions: soup splatters in the microwave (that was indeed mine), a smudge on the underside of the toilet seat, and dirt next to a screw on the toilet (these last two must have already been there, I wouldn't know how I got there in 10 days alone). 47 euros were deducted for this, while polishing those details could take a maximum of 10 minutes. In addition, the apartment was not clean upon my arrival. The TV table was full of dust, the kettle and the refrigerator door were dirty. The vacuum cleaner bag was full. I wonder if the previous tenant also had to lose part of the security deposit due to these negligence. In any case, it was clear that the mess had not been resolved before I got to the apartment. Anyway, I have learned my lesson and will report all shortcomings during the next rental period.
