      • - Don't send emails, they don't respond. Don't call, they don't answer or call back. Lack of ethics when at the AGM having to vote on his renewal, he refused to come out to allow the presentation of a competitor. He revised his contract downwards AFTER receiving a quote from a competitor. Almost zero arrears reminder policy, resulting in a deficit in the co-ownership budget. Balance sheet not annexed to the summons, information sent more than late to the Statutory Auditor who was only able to send his report 2 days before the AGM. Portal empty of general documents... These are just some of the failings of this trustee.

      • - I wasted more money, energy and time hiring this rental agency than if I had taken care of my belongings myself. I entrusted them with the management of 2 studios with the results of more than 6,000 euros in unpaid rent, a very poor choice of tenants, damaged property, no corporate action if I did not harass them with emails, and more. I had to take over even though their mission was still in progress to discover that one of the two tenants has Alzheimer's. If I hadn't gone to see for myself, the situation would have remained the same for 6 months and who knows how it could have ended, with a building on fire perhaps? And all this has not even been resolved yet after months of discussions. Following their mismanagement, legal costs will follow and this without certainty of one day seeing the color of my rents. Really, I am extremely disappointed with this agency and I do not recommend it to anyone. Run away.
