Had a bad experience as a buyer. Had a trainee real estate agent who was not at all clear about the house and the price of the house (furnished, unfurnished). This was our first house and we didn't understand much about it. Information has also been omitted that suddenly came to light during the purchase. Painful! After some discussion we agreed. After the purchase I also found out that people had lied about things in the house (non-existent insulation, supposedly renovated things), but that could also be due to the sales person at the time. Therefore 2 stars.
